Commercial licence

Using AI music commercially with HeartMuLa

Yes β€” on the Pro and Business plans. Songs you make while subscribed can be used in monetized YouTube and social videos, podcasts, ads, games, client work and releases, with no attribution, and they stay licensed after you cancel. What the licence does not promise

Clear rules beat surprises later. Before you rely on a song commercially, know this:

  • AI-generated music may not be eligible for copyright registration in your country.
  • We can't guarantee that YouTube Content ID or a distributor will accept a song; AI music can trigger claims or be refused.
  • Songs you made before subscribing to Pro or Business are not covered β€” make the song while subscribed.
  • Don't copy real artists' voices or lyrics you don't own; the licence covers what HeartMuLa generates, not third-party material you add.

How to get a commercial licence

  1. 1

    Subscribe to Pro (or Business)

From ⁦$19.99⁩ a month, or half that per month on the yearly plan.

  2. 2

    Make your song

Describe it or paste your own lyrics β€” a full song with vocals in about 1–2 minutes, two versions to choose from.

  3. 3

    Download and use it

Unlimited MP3 downloads. Keep using the songs you made after you cancel.

Commercial use FAQ

Can I monetize HeartMuLa songs on YouTube?

Yes, if you made the song while on the Pro or Business plan. Monetized videos, Shorts and channel intros are all covered, and no credit is required. Free, Starter and credit-pack songs are for personal use.

Do I need to credit HeartMuLa?

No. Attribution is not required for songs made on Pro or Business.

What happens to my songs if I cancel Pro?

Songs you made while subscribed stay licensed for commercial use after you cancel. Songs you make after cancelling are for personal use.

Can I use a song I made on the free plan if I subscribe later?

No β€” the licence covers songs made while you are on Pro or Business. Subscribe, then make (or remake) the song.

Can I release HeartMuLa songs on Spotify and Apple Music?

Yes, on Pro and Business. Distributors have their own rules for AI music, so check them before you upload; we can't guarantee a distributor or Content ID will accept a song.

Do I own the copyright?

The Pro and Business licence lets you use the songs commercially. Whether AI-generated music can be registered for copyright depends on your country's law, so we don't promise that it can.

Can I use songs in work for clients?

Yes. On Pro or Business you can make music for videos, campaigns and events you deliver to clients.

Is Starter enough for commercial use?

No. Starter and credit packs include unlimited downloads for personal use. Commercial use needs Pro or Business.
