What's the difference between subscriptions and credit packs?
A subscription gives you songs every month at a lower price per song, keeps both versions of every song, and lets you make private songs; it renews monthly until you cancel. Credit packs are a one-time payment with no renewal, and their credits never expire. Both let you download your songs.
How many songs can I generate?
Each music generation costs 12 credits. With a Starter subscription (150 credits/month), you can generate about 12 songs per month. Pro subscribers (500 credits/month) get about 41 songs per month.
Do credits expire or reset each month?
No. Unused subscription credits are not wiped at the end of the month — they stay in your account and carry over, with no cap. Credits from one-time packs never expire. If you cancel a plan, the credits you already have stay usable.
What is private music?
Free users' songs are public and can appear in Explore. Subscribers can make private songs that only they can see.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan anytime from your profile's billing page — Stripe shows exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Buyers in mainland China can also pay for one-time credit packs with WeChat Pay or Alipay (charged in CNY). Subscriptions take cards only. In many countries the price is shown in your local currency.
Is there a limit on downloads?
No. After any purchase you can download every song you make as MP3, as often as you like — no monthly download quota.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. Your first purchase has a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: email [email protected] within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full (remaining credits and download access from that purchase are removed). Once per customer. A plan renewal can be refunded within 7 days if you haven't used that period's new credits. Credits for songs that fail are always refunded automatically.
